1.4 DataDelve Stats Navigation and Labels

1.4.2 Labeling SOMAmer-detected Protein Data

Users can select how the SOMAmer-detected protein data will be labelled in selection boxes across all DataDelve Stats panels by clicking on the Protein Names and Gene Symbols toggle up top. By default, protein names will be displayed followed by the Sequence ID in square brackets. Label types can be changed at any point when using DataDelve Stats. When labels are changed, there will be a short delay while the user interface is updated with the new labels.
