Chapter 3 Study QC
3.1 Study Level QC
This panel displays Quality Controls for a single adat or multiple merged adats.

3.1.1 Scale Factors
The intial display when clicking on Study QC shows descriptions for each Scale Factor. Click on each row to expand and display the corresponding graph.

Click on the PCA tab to view different options for principal component analysis. Click on each row to expand and display all principal components.
Below all of the PCA plots for each section, the Expected Variance Ratio for each principal component is displayed in a bar plot.
